Can you imagine giving your best smile at the camera after being arrested? Well, if you possessed a large quantity of weed and magic mushrooms at your place, a happy mugshot would not be a surprise.
The police in Pennsylvania detained 41-year old David Kalb when they found him loitering outside a neighbor’s apartment in Greensburg after losing his keys.
After helping him into his home, the police officers found weed, 70 mushrooms and mason jars containing active ingredients to manufacture psychedelic mushrooms.
The offender was taken to Westmoreland County Jail, where he posed for his mugshot, which has become the happiest mugshot of all time. Smiling from ear to ear despite facing a lengthy jail-time sentence, it looks like he has just won the lottery.
His preliminary hearing will be held on December the 15th, with a current bail of $10,000 being set.
It has not been established for certain whether he had taken any of the substances found in his home when the mugshot was taken.
